THERE IS NOTHING LIKE CORONAVIRUS IN NIGERIA STOP SPREADING FAKE NEWS

There is nothing like corona virus in Nigeria stop spreading fake news.
This is an act of scamming from the government because I can’t really understand why they are deceiving us in this nation.

I am sick and tired of the social media this recent days because its all about this so called virus which we don’t even know where it originated from not to talk of knowing its cure so they should stop spreading fake news to us.

Let’s all take the Italian man story as an example “He came to our country through plane right and I think he met a lot of people during that process and according to what we heard the corona virus is easily contacted even through handshakes and lot more” so I want to ask if he did not meet or talk to anyone at the airport, they do not check his visa/passport when he landed here safely from his destination, what of the people they were on the plane together.

But its all a rumour here because there is no Italian man who entered into Nigeria during that process

No, Nothing like coronavirus in Nigeri

THERE IS NOTHING LIKE CORONAVIRUS IN NIGERIA STOP SPREADING FAKE NEWS

Nigeria has recorded its “first case of the deadly coronavirus”, claims an article on the websiteInfomate Ng. Published on 1 February 2020, the article has been shared on Facebook and other websites.

Coronaviruses are a large family of viruses that cause illnesses ranging from the common cold to more severe diseases such as Middle East respiratory syndrome and severe acute respiratory syndrome.

An outbreak of new coronavirus strain was identified in China in late December 2019. By 2 February 2020, the World Health Organization reports, 14,557 cases of the strain had been confirmed worldwide, with 304 deaths in China and one outside China.

But has the disease reached Nigeria?

‘Patient returned from China’

“A man, name withheld has been hospitalised at the Britannia Hospital, Lekki, after showing the symptoms of the virus,” the article says.

“The man was said to have recently returned from China. Though we could not totally confirm the story, it was learnt that the Lagos state government has moved swiftly to action by sending officials from the state’s ministry of health to the hospital.”

Claim is false’ Nothing like coronavirus in Nigeria

On 1 February, the day the article appeared, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) issued a statement on Twitter dismissing the claim.

“NCDC is aware of ongoing rumours of the importation of the novel coronavirus to Nigeria,” the statement reads.

“This individual returned from China last week and went for a routine medical check as requested by his employers. He showed no symptoms of the illness and has not been diagnosed with the novel coronavirus.”  so there is nothing like coronavirus in Nigeria

The agency advises people who have travelled from China to Nigeria in the past 14 days, and feel ill, to contact them immediately on their toll-free number, via SMS or on WhatsApp.

We all  heard the story of an Italian man and how  he met a taxi driver which later claim of having the virus and we heard he ran away from where he was receiving treatment and later demanded for some money for him to come back and not to spread the virus across the country. ” Where is the man now”.

He later went to spend the night in a hotel near the airport and later went to the neighboring state of Ogun on February 25 at his place of work.

And according to the sources of those news we heard he came in through the Turkish airline and they did not immediately comment on the case simply because there are no confirmed case in Turkey.

The health minister Osagie Ehanire today reporters on Friday 28 in Nigeria capital, Abuja that “We have started working to identify all the contacts of the man since he enters into our country and even those who were with him on the aircraft”
Please ever since then have we heard of any one of them or any news about them.

The Italian man was in the country for almost two full days before being isolated, traveled through Lagos and visited another state according to reports, and we don’t heard of any news if anyone ever contacted the virus from him.
We heard some news about this false story some weeks ago that “There is no coronavirus in Nigeria” but ever since then we don’t hear anything about that again.

Nigerians please wise up this is another act of corruption’s from our people up there, its all a rumour there is nothing like coronavirus in our country, because by name if there is any issue on that I think our Government should have closed all the route to this country.

WHERE IS THE ITALIAN MAN.
WHERE IS THE TAXI DRIVER.
WHERE ARE THE REMAINING PEOPLE ON THAT TURKISH AIRLINE THAT ARE WITH THE ITALIAN MAN.
AND SO ON.

what about the pilot and other airline attendance did we hear anything about them, the security and the airport workers they all met the Italian man how come they are not affected, where are the hotel workers and the larfarge staffs that works with the Italian man.

We have many problems that we are facing in our country here why adding another one to it.
The next thing now is to start disturbing our life’s with corona virus rumors to the extent that we can no longer go to schools, church or our place of work, children can no longer continue their educations for now because of the fear of corona virus.

While our parents are all trying their best for us to be educated even thou there is no possibilities for the common men out there in our Country that after we are through with our service we are going to be employed, here in Nigeria you will see a first class graduate of accounting student or other courses doing “OKADA” or other petty jobs just to make a living.

Slim case said and I quote “Coronavirus Is A Scam” the Nigerian singer Slimcase has announced that COVID-19 is just a malaria lungs flu and that the buzz surrounding it is a scam.
